Additionally, the hotel will introduce a new experience in
casual dining in Riverside, CA, with the opening of the The Bistro
in mid-September, offering guests and locals a contemporary
gathering place to Eat. Drink. And Connect. The Bistro will
feature menus that are fast and fresh, including seasonal
favorites, starters, soups, salads and sandwiches, along with
popular drinks and proudly serving Starbucks specialty drinks
throughout the day. Whether starting out with a quick
breakfast sandwich or settling in for the

restaurant’smorning scramble, thick-cut French toast or eggs
and sausage, guests of the Bistro will enjoy a menu that offers
plenty of options for fast, not so fast or leisure dining for
